Upper Crust Crumbs is a specialty bakeshop offering gourmet dessert bars or brownies - what we call Butterbars - for mail order holiday gift giving. Our flavors include Triple Chocolate, Pralines & Cream, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Lemon Streusel, Chocolate Mint, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Café Mocha. We are owned and operated by a graduate of the celebrated Culinary Institute of America, and are located in a small North Carolina community nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.

All of our Butterbars are baked fresh daily in small batches, using only premium, wholesome ingredients such as sweet butter (lots of sweet butter - low calorie they are not!), unbleached/unbromated flour, and fresh squeezed lemon juice to name a few. Whenever possible, we purchase our provisions directly from the manufacturing source - King Arthur supplies our flour; Atwell Pecan Company in Georgia ships us fresh pecans; all-natural lemon oil and peppermint flavoring come directly from Boyajian, Inc. in Norwood, Massachusetts, and our strawberry preserves are made just down the road in Winston-Salem, North Carolina by the family-owned TW Garner Food Company.

Since our inception, we have catered to the wholesale market supplying gourmet grocery stores and shops, country clubs, hotels, and restaurants with our exceptional Butterbars. After much prompting from family and friends who have repeatedly asked, "Do you ship?", we are pleased to finally answer, "YES, indeed we do."

Our Butterbars are our specialty niche, and we take great pride in the quality of our products and the flavor selection we offer. We hope you and your gift recipients enjoy indulging in them as much as we enjoy baking them.
